You can either collect your chosen rental car from our London office; or we can trailer deliver the car direct to your door. Not only that, we also have a specialist trailer service to deliver cars to many European locations too.
You can collect your rental car from our London based offices, based in Middlesex. We are situated within easy reach of the A40 and Heathrow Airport providing excellent links in to Central London. With access to all other major motorways including the M1, M3, M4 and M25 we are easy to find wherever you may be in the UK.
How to find us
- Exit A40 (Western Avenue) at Target Roundabout (A312)
- Exit the roundabout for A40 London bound.
- Take left hand slip road (do not re-join the A40) and follow the sign post for
Northolt Industrial Estate
- Turn left at the bottom of the slip road into Rowdell Road
- Pass the Stirling building (on your left) and at end of road, turn right into Belvue Road
- Turn left into Belvue Business Centre

How to find us
- Walk out of station and turn right. You should be walking downhill and in the far distance be able to see a BP petrol station.
- Stop at the first set of traffic lights and cross the road at the pelican
crossing.
- Turn right after crossing is if walking in the same direction as before but on
opposite side of road.
- Should be able to see a parade of shops on your left hand side. IF YOU
BEGIN TO WALK PAST THE SHOPS YOU HAVE WALKED TO FAR.
- Turn left into Belvue Road - the turning just before the shops.
- Keep to your left - road will split into two roads (Sandringham Rd and
Belvue Rd)
- Keep walking down Belvue Rd - you should pass Cannon Press, Auto City.
You will pass a road on your right called Rowdell Rd
- On your left you will see Belvue Business Centre - grey units with red
window.
- Approx. 7 minute walk.

We can deliver your chosen rental car direct to your door. For delivery or collection to your preferred location there is an additional fee applied. For your convenience, we have listed below a zoned guideline to give you an approximate idea of these costs. However, for a more accurate quote, simply email us your postcode, or call us and we can advise you what the cost for delivery and collection to your address will be.
Where possible, we deliver the car on a trailer, so that we can ensure the car arrives in pristine condition, fully valeted and ready to go.
Prices are quoted for delivery/collection Mon-Fri, 9.30-5pm. Out of offices hours may incur a surcharge.

We transport our cars via specialist trailers to ensure our cars are delivered to you in pristine condition and ready to roll anywhere in Europe.

What Happens When You Take Over The Car?
We take great pride in our fleet of prestige and performance rental cars, and this means upholding a high level of maintenance and appearance. This is why all our cars are fully valeted before and after each hire. When you take over the vehicle for your rental hire, we will also ask you to inspect the car with us thoroughly. This only takes a few minutes, but it is essential in ensuring that you are happy with the condition of the car before you leave, and that we can both be happy that any minor scratches on the car have been noted, giving you peace of mind for the rest of hire.
Not only that, we will take care and attention to ensure you are fully satisfied with how the car is handled and performs, so that you can get the best performance from the car for your rental experience. If that means we need to take a little bit of extra time to show you how to get the most from the car, then we are more than happy to go the extra mile to make sure you comfortable and confident before you leave.
All that is left to do before you drive off is to check your original documents against the copies sent through prior to your hire. You will also be asked to sign some documents, a copy of the rental agreement and damage report sheet. This is standard practice for all reputable car hire firms. You will then be handed over a copy of the rental agreement for yourself as proof that you are fully comprehensively insured by us for the duration of your hire. This includes point of contact numbers and a copy of our terms and conditions , although we can provide full terms and conditions in advance if you wish to read them at your leisure.
