The diesel fuel type also plays a part in the soaring speed of 0 – 60 mph in only 7.5 seconds. The V8 engine marks the thoroughbred nature of the Vogue which is powered by an automatic transmission divided into 8 speeds, for the discerning drivers who like to feel different dimensions while driving. What makes this engine special compared to other luxury cars is the level of technology that has gone into creating this engine. The LR-TDV8 engine features parallel sequential turbocharging which accounts for the scorching power that lies within the engine.

This works with the new transmission to improve economy by 18 percent and lower CO2 emissions from 294 to 253g/km while making increases in the breadth and delivery of instantaneous power and torque. Torque is the benchmark for luxury cars to compare themselves against, and the Range Rover Vogue sets new standards in blistering torque to please all types of drivers. The torque of 516 Nm suits the 4 x 4 drive frame of the Vogue, and will undoubtedly encourage drivers to enjoy this incisive performance feature to the max.
