Aston Martin 2017 DB11 Prototype Spy Shots Just Released

aston-martin-db11-frontWe are delighted to share new spy shots that have just been released for the stunning Additional Aston Martin DB11. Testing forthe DB9’s successor is still ongoing at the famous Nurburgring. No news yet on the name of this new model, but some key facts about the car have been rumoured already.

If we compare the current DB9 to this new model we can see shorter overhangs at both the front and rear, reminiscent of the V8 Vantage and V12 Vantage models. You’ll also spot a new headlights can in addition to a heavily raked window is present as well as an extended tailgate to the rear.

Car Magazine suggests that the next DB11 will retain the V12 engine from the current DB9 however with the inclusion of a turbocharger. In addition the displacement is expected to drop from 6.0-litres with the use of forced induction to make up for the smaller engine and to boost power beyond the current 517 hp and 458 lb-ft of torque.

The turbocharger will offer additional power but also help improve the car’s fuel efficiency.
