While everything might be bigger in Texas, the supercar world is definitely better in Dubai. The police of Dubai have commissioned Lamborghinis to help them in their duties in policing and protecting the city. The police Lamborghini is a green and white model Aventador. Naturally because it is an Aventador, it has a top speed of 217mph. Catching the baddies won’t be difficult behind the wheels of this Aventador. It is estimated that this Aventador cost on the north side of £294,000. The police force has stated that the Lamborghinis will be used to help with patrolling on highways. Though it seems like a lavish expense for the police, it makes plenty of sense for the Dubai police because many citizens of Dubai drive luxury supercars anyway. The Aventador will bring a significant rate of return on investment for the police force considering its speed ability of 0 – 60 mph in 3 seconds.
Previously the Dubai Police also went for Kia Mohaves and they had 35 of these cars for the patrol section of the police. What’s for sure is that the Lamborghini Aventador is going to be the patrol car that even motorists want to see when it drives by them on the motorways of Dubai.
