For those of you still here, Aston Martin has unveiled their Vantage GT3 at Geneva: a street-legal, street-fighting monster covered in all sorts of carbon fibre. Its orange accents make it pretty distinctive, as does the horseshoe on the front bonnet that provides airflow and cooling.

The car also features a huge rear wing and front spoiler, not to mention lightweight 19-inch magnesium wheels and a carbon-ceramic brake. Overall, it has a street-smart look about it that’s already dividing opinions.

Alongside all that carbon fibre is a modified suspension with retuned Bilstein dampers. The engine is a 6 litre V12 producing 592BHP, making it, according to the marque, the most powerful road car it’s ever built.

The car can do 0-60MPH in 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of around 185MPH.

Inside, there’s yet more carbon fibre, particularly on the seats and centre console.

Alongside the exposed material is Alcantara trim and leather, making the interior comfy yet unmistakeably sporty.

Aston Martin estimate that they will only produce around 100 of these cars, with most already pre-sold. If you like your Aston Martin more Daniel Craig than Pierce Brosnan, you’d better be quick in reserving one of the few remaining!
