Nautical Rolls Royce Unveiled at Frankfurt

rolls-royce-special-edition-wraith2Rolls Royce is famed for its special editions, and they decided to treat fans to not one, not two, but three stunning special edition Wraith coupes at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show. These are the Wraith Porto Cervo, named after a town along Costa Smeralda in Sardinia which is one of the world’s most famous yachting destinations. Featuring a host of nautical influences, the car combines the soothing colours and chic atmosphere that comprise a yachting fantasy.

There will only ever be three of these, all exhibited in Frankfurt, and have a host of special features. This starts with a beautiful Azurite Blue exterior, which is perfectly complemented by an interior colour scheme of Artic White and Navy Blue. Also in the interior is a navy Promenade du Port emblem embroidered into the headrests, as well as Royal Walnut Canadel panelling and full natural grain leather. The kind of look, in other words, that you’d get inside a very lovely yacht in the Mediterranean.

The cars were commissioned to commemorate the second year of the exclusive Rolls Royce Studio in Porto Cervo, which ran from June – September this year. The event will be repeated next year and is open to the public – start booking your 2016 summer holiday now!
