Northern Europe seems to be a popular location for marques that want to test upcoming models. Aston Martin was seen testing the new Vanquish Volante at Nurburgring. It was in camouflage that looked like an optical illusion to keep people focused on the illusion instead of the shape of the car. The trompe d’oeil effect doesn’t deter hardcore Aston Martin fans or the car paparazzi as seen in the pictures.
The Vanquish Volante should have a 6.0 litre V12 engine that has 573 horsepower and it also comes with six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transmission. This Volante will be revealed in Frankfurt later this year but as these spy shots reveal, there is plenty to be excited about.
