Next Generation 2018 Rolls Royce Phantom soon to be Revealed

_MG_2655smallerThe Next Generation 2018 Rolls Royce Phantom is due to be revealed next month so we are excited to hear details which have started to filter through to the market.

What can we expect to see? Well, rumours suggest an all new aluminium architecture will be introduced to reduce weight along with an updated interior with a nod to the Ghost’s styling on the headlamps.

The new Phantom is evolving from the previous model in design terms, with suggestions that a more modern look will result. We might expect to see a more imposing front with and a more graceful flow to the side to help reduce its bulky form without affecting the cars proportions.

We expect the Phantom to keep its V12 engine, although an enhanced version of the N74 twin-turbo engine used in the Ghost is expected. We may even see a hybrid version to appeal to more environmentally friendly clients.

New tech is also top of the new Phantoms wish list, with TFT screens expected to replace the analogue dials.

We’ve not long to wait, the new Phantom model will be officially unveiled at a Rolls Royce exhibition in Mayfair to celebrate the last 92 years of the Phantom on 27th July 2017. The event is called ‘The Great Eight Phantoms’ and brings together every version of the car in one venue.
