Pink is the Colour Chosen for This Rolls Royce

While pink might be a colour that seems popular for interior design or beauty products, don’t be surprised to see how well it works for this Rolls Royce. This pink Rolls was commissioned by presenter Chris Evans under the umbrella of his charity organisation, FAB1. This Rolls is the Ghost Extended Wheelbase. The idea behind FAB1 is that the project the charity is currently working on wants to raise £1m for breast cancer. The Ghost is meant to be rented out so that people can drive a stunning Rolls-Royce but also because of its colour which will remind everyone that sees it to be educated about breast cancer.

Rolls-Royce joins other car makers like Bentley and Lamborghini by making a pink custom car however this one is unique and true to the brand identity of the Goodwood-based company. The details of the interior from the Blushing Pink and Crème Light leather upholstery to the 9.2 inch LCD screens. There are also hand-veneered picnic tables for the people who want to integrate this Rolls-Royce into their outdoor lifestyles as well as a champagne cooler for celebration days.  To add to the customised feel of the Ghost, there are FAB1 tread plates, pink ribbons embossed onto the headrests and pink-shaded umbrellas.

The attention to detail that has gone into this customised Ghost Extended Wheelbase points to the importance of raising as much awareness into breast cancer as possible. What better way to achieve this through one of the most popular luxury brands in the world like Rolls-Royce lending a helping hand.
