The BMW Concept 8 Series was unveiled at the 2017 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este and gives us a hint at the new BMW 8 Series Coupé which is due to makes its debut in 2018. The BMW 8 Series Coupé is set to build on BMW’s successful heritage of luxurious sports cars adding another breathtaking model to its luxury-class line-up.

Combining the best of the past with the future the exterior of the BMW Concept 8 Series silhouette is low and hovers powerfully over the road. The bonnet is long and the flowing roofline adds a dynamic attraction to its silhouette. Adding yet another sporty flourish is the striking upward sweep of the concept’s trailing edge which provides a crisp conclusion to the car’s rearward flow. Stylish and exclusive 21-inch light-alloy wheels factor in a sporty multi-spoke design which brings forth a visual depth and compelling look to the car.
This model prominently shows off a large kidney grille, sleek twin headlights and large air intakes to create a striking and sport focussed front end. The super-slim laser headlights and the hexagonal take on the twin circular theme combined highlights the front end. The BMW Concept 8 Series also boasts a low, highly sculpted tail with a maximum width-enhancing effect.
When you first lay eyes on the BMW Concept 8 Series model you will notices it’s supreme sportiness which combines effortlessly with the unmistakable BMW high level of design. The exclusive Sport seats are of course made from the finest leather, are slender in shape and have a carbon-fibre shell which forms the basic structure. Contrasting of aluminium and dark leather on gripping surfaces emphasises this cars luxurious sense of sportiness.
Attention to detail include surfaces adorned in carbon-fibre with hand-polished aluminium which accentuates the sporty feel, while the iDrive Controller made from Swarovski glass with a smoky quartz look provides an elegant finishing touch.
