I would like to congratulate you and the team at Signature for the best service from start to finish in hiring the Range Rover.
When I called and you said I will see what I can do to help to get a car for the weekend and within a short time you got back to me and told me ‘we can help’, I thought this is the same service I offer my own customers, if you go out of your way to help others you will be succeed in business.
This year has been very difficult for myself and family my daughter has been unwell and been in an out of hospital and I have been very busy building up my business and setting up another so I have not spent much time with my family which I miss.
Going away for the weekend was something myself and my wife very much needed and hiring the Range Rover Sport certainly made it very special and when I drove back and was greeted by the owner made this the icing on the cake, to sit in the Lamborghini Aventador and chatting to Dee who is a true gentleman and has a passion for cars, likewise I have a passion but creating pieces of art in wood.
I must say from the time I entered into the showroom I felt so welcomed from yourself and from your colleague who showed me all round the car and controls.
Me and my wife have not had such a good weekend and laughed as much for a long time and a lot of this is due to yourself, Dee and all your colleagues.
