Signature Car Hires Customised Viano – Stage One, Stripping Out The Vehicle

Our latest Viano is undergoing a complete transformation to become the ultimate in bespoke design. The interior has been completely stripped out and will be beautifully replaced with a plush luxury interior designed to our own specifications.

The new interior will boast hand stitched Connelly and Italian leather seats and side panels in Peltro grey and an impressive and eye-catching quilted leather roof that will really have the wow factor. A glossy black wood veneer finish will be applied to inlays and consoles alongside a plush deep pile carpet to finish the luxurious look.

Its current stage is a long way off the finished prestigious look planned as the vehicle interior has been fully removed and prepared for the conversion. All exterior panels and paintwork is protected during the conversion process as this remains unchanged for the finished result ensuring complete anonymity from the outside.

Pictured here you can also see the bulkhead steel framework is first jig assembled and welded out of the vehicle which is then installed complete with the motorised screen partition divide.

The roof lining complete with apertures will later be fitted with the quilted leather panels, is currently being prepared and shaped out of the vehicle. At this stage it is trial fitted to ensure perfect panel gaps between the windows and side doors.

In a similar fashion to the roof lining, the rear quarter panels are temporarily installed to ensure perfect fitment. The apertures for the stowaway tables, air vents and power points are cut out prior to the panels being upholstered.

Stage 2 of this amazing transformation is imminent and we will keep you updated with pictures of the progress so you can see this classic Mercedes Viano become transformed into an amazing bespoke masterpiece.

You can also see our standard range of Mercedes Viano’s, all highly maintained and fitted out with the highest specifications, ideal for corporate business hire.
