Bentley has taken two concepts that we love: luxury and convertibles and married them together into a cracking car: the Bentley Continental GTC. From a performance viewpoint, the Continental GTC is powered by a 6.0 litre twin turbocharged W12 engine. It can work on petrol as well as E85 bioethanol. The gearbox is full of cheer thanks to the ZF 6HP28 transmission that has Quickshift as well. The transmission is said to be smooth when it is being used at all types of speed from a slow crawl to cruising level.
The car can go from 0 – 60 mph in 4.8 seconds. The top speed of the car sits at 195 mph which is perfect for a convertible. Bentley was trying to do something different with the release of this Continental and you can see this through the interior. The cabin has a standard choice of 17 leather hides for the upholstery which are luxurious and soft to touch. There are thick windows that are isolated to make the convertible feel like a cocoon when the top is down. The power output is around 567 bhp which is sharp from a performance standpoint.

The jewel-like headlamps are perfectly suited to the convertible body of the GTC. As this Continental GTC shows, driving a Bentley is like stepping into the physical version of what luxury is.
