Car enthusiasts were able to revel in the Lamborghini Urus for the first time as it was presented in the UK at the RHS Halls in central London to more than 500 invitees. Guests were invited from across the UK and Lamborghini’s eight dealers attended, as well as VIPs.
The UK is now the third largest market for Lamborghini, achieving record deliveries in 2017, so it is no surprise to see such a well-attended event. Figures for the UK are forecasts to double in sales when the Urus is released onto the market, mirroring worldwide expectations.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, Stefano Domenicali commented “The UK is an extremely important market for Lamborghini, which has a strong motoring heritage and a particular enthusiasm and empathy with performance cars.”
Illustrating Lamborghini’s super sports and SUV heritage, a Miura, Countach and LM002 were also on display outside the event hall, delighting guests who came to officially welcome the Urus to the UK.
