Miami and Lamborghini Aventador Roadsters

Miami was a city that was in for a treat when Lamborghini Aventador Roadsters stormed Miami International Airport. To celebrate the 50 year anniversary of the company, the marque thought of a cool way to grab the attention of the media and the public. 5 Aventador Roadsters were on the runway of Miami International Airport. Of course, all permission required from Miami-Dade County and the Federal Aviation Administration was sought and given. The 5 cars zoomed down the runway attaining high speeds of 210 mph.

This was clearly an attention grabbing way to show off a 50th anniversary. This means that the Roadster is officially the fastest car to ever be on tarmac because aeroplanes do not take off faster than 180 mph. To set the tone for this fun event, there was a short photo shoot with a Boeing 777 and there were also 50 Lamborghinis in the South Beach area of Miami. Lamborghini used this event at the airport as a launch pad to show off the Roadsters for the anniversary celebrations. Miami was the setting for a 10 day blitz to celebrate the anniversary in Florida.

Miami is one of the most popular places to see Lamborghinis as many locals own these cars. It was not a surprise that the company chose the sunsoaked city as one of the places it will be celebrating 50 years of business.
