5 Top Cars at the Geneva Motor Show

Supercar enthusiasts know that Geneva Motor Show  is one of the most important events on the automotive calendar. It took place on 4th  March and has featured stunning supercars that look mouth watering judging from the pictures.
The top cars included:

1. Special edition Lamborghini
The Veneno was the Lamborghini’s surprise, built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company. The performance numbers of the Veneno look impressive. The car have a 6.5.2 litre V12 engine. This will power it to go from 0 – 60 mph in 2.8 seconds. Fans of the Aventador will enjoy the acceleration time of the Veneno. The fun doesn’t stop there:  the horsepower of the car is around 750.

2. New Ferrari
The Italian marque has been thinking of new ideas to replace the celebrated Enzo. A new Ferrari, called F150 has been showed with  a 6.3 litre V12 engine that have dual clutch transmission. It have also innovative Kinetic Recovery System technology which highlights the company’s dedication to moving the boundaries of technology.

3. McLaren supercar
‘P1’ is the codename for the successor to the F1 that McLaren produced. The ‘P1’ is  an excellent follow up to the MP4-12C which was one of the most popular cars that McLaren has manufactured. The Geneva Motor Show had seen a fleshed out version of the P1 as around 95% of production has been done, according to the company. McLaren is billing the ‘P1’ as the “the best driver’s car in the world” and judging from the rumours of 800 horsepower, the Geneva Motor Show made the industry understand why.

4. Porsche 918 Spyder
The 918 Spyder showed at the Motor Show and it was a real treat for enthusiasts and the industry. The car have a 4.6 litre V8 engine which is equipped with 570 horsepower and interestingly, 918 cars have been manufactured.

5. Chevrolet makes a scene
The drop top version of the Corvette Stingray had  attention from sports car purists thanks to an option for a seven speed manual or a six speed automatic transmission. The supercar has a 6.2 litre LT1 V8 engine which gives this convertible a razor-sharp 450 horsepower feature.

These top 5 cars have been the highlights of the Geneva Motor Show and they will set trends for what the consumer market will look for in luxury and performance motoring.
