Popularly known as the Big Apple, New York is one of the capitals of the world where millions of people live. The cosmopolitan mix of New York has inspired Land Rover to send their new Range Rover Sport to the New York Auto Show. Towards the end of the month, this new Sport will be unveiled to the industry and enthusiasts.
New York is an important market for Range Rover: Land Rover recently released research that found that they sell more Range Rover Sports in the city than any other market. With information like this, it’s no surprise to see why the company has decided to show the new Sport at the city’s annual motor show.
From spy shots, it looks like the Sport will be inspired from the Evoque in that it looks more lightweight, fresh and fuel efficient from the current generation that is in the marketplace. It still has that fortified image that we have all come to love about the Sport. When the new version is unveiled in New York, it should inspire Range Rover buyers to try something new when the car is released to dealers. John Edwards, the brand director of Land Rover said: “The all-new Range Rover Sport takes the model to another level.”
