Many customers hire our cars for a special occasion, and we love helping them make their experience truly memorable. Sometimes, that’s simply putting a ribbon on the bride’s Rolls Royce and placing a bottle of champagne inside. Other times, however, the requests are more intricate – and there’s nothing our team love more than a challenge.
Take one recent request as an example – a client recently rang us at 8.30am and said they urgently needed some sailing and diving equipment to be delivered by 1.30pm the same day. The list was varied and some items were quite specialist, but nevertheless our team jumped in a fast car and had everything ready for the client!
Sometimes, however, a client has no specific idea of what they want but would like to be surprised, which gives us free reign to indulge our creative side. We’ve done everything from finding the perfect restaurant – and a hard-to-get table – for a birthday celebration, to ensuring that a fully-stocked picnic hamper and champagne are in the boot of a Range Rover when the client comes to pick up their car.
Over the years we’ve found that clients really appreciate our personalised service and come to rely on us as their expert concierge. One of the things they particularly praise is our specialist knowledge, which allows us to give expert advice for almost every occasion. Recently, for example, we provided a special chauffeur service for a client attending a prestigious event at Buckingham Palace, an occasion that demanded the perfect car – a Bentley Flying Spur – and perfectly trained chauffeur staff. We can even provide close protection officers and armoured vehicles for those whose status demands the highest level of security.
