The all-new 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo S is the 991 generation 911 and comes with more technology and thrilling performance than before. This model is the sixth generation of the 911 Turbo and offers super car fans an impressive 560bhp, an increase of 30 bph on its predecessors. That’s enough power to provide this car with 0-62 mph in 3.1 seconds, together with a 197mph top speed.
The new 911 Turbo also benefits from four-wheel steering. Porsche claims that this helps it achieve new levels of agility on the road. It forms part of a new steering system that adopts electro-mechanical operation for the first time.
As ever the interior of the Porsche Turbo S is not frivolous. The designers have integrated clever technology and a clear operating logic. The cabin is clearly focused precisely on the driver to maximise their experience. Taking central stage is the ascending centre console. The gear selector and steering wheel is extremely short, and the operating system is clear and uncomplicated allowing the driver to concentrate on the road and the driving experience. Materials used on the interior are of the highest quality adopting a sporty feel. Our Porsche 911 Turbo S 991 features a leather interior, including leather seats, dashboard and door and side trims. Alcantara has proven its worth in motorsport and is used as standard for the roof lining too. The Carrera Red interior is reserved especially for the new 911 Turbo S and makes a striking contrast to the glossy white exterior.
