CoolBrands, an organisation dedicated to figuring out what brands consumers like, did a survey with over 30 experts and 3,000 respondents to find out which car brand was deemed the coolest by the public. The result was that Aston Martin was the top car brand in the survey and it came second to Apple in terms of what is the coolest car brand that consumers like.
In a surprising twist, names like Jaguar, Ferrari and BMW did not make the list and neither did Rolls-Royce, Mini or McLaren. The chairman of CoolBrands said they look for authenticity and innovation when deciding if the brand is cool enough to be on their list. Aston Martin is probably thrilled that they beat their competitors to make it on that list.
