Crewe-based Bentley is charging forward carving an exclusive corner of the luxury car world with the arrival of its Le Mans Special Edition cars. The company has a rich heritage in Le Mans even if it does not seem that obvious. To celebrate the marque’s involvement with the Le Mans, Bentley has released a special edition of the Continental and the Mulsanne. The marque has cleaned up well at Le Mans as it has won it 6 times previously. These special edition models are to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Le Mans as well as the 10 year anniversary of the marque’s most recent win.
Mulsanne Le Mans
This special edition Mulsanne includes illuminated treadplates, strong suspension and a steering rack. There are also special modular five-spoke alloys which have been darkened. This edition also has seats which are covered in diamond-quilted upholstery. It already sounds sumptuous and deserving of the special edition label that it has.
Continental Le Mans
The Continental comes in six different shades to commemorate each Le Mans winning driver in Bentley’s stable. The Le Mans Edition comes in the GTC Convertible, the GT Coupe and the GT Speed and it’s guaranteed to be one of the most popular special edition models that Bentley has ever produced. The marque will only manufacture 48 of each model which makes them even more unique to have in a collection or to try for a drive. Bentley’s legacy as a top marque in Le Mans is cemented with the arrival of these special edition jewels.
