The 2014 LPHCA Road Show & AGM took place last week at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel and proved to be a successful event. Breaking all the records for pre-registrations and the number of attendees on the day it turned out to be the biggest and best show of its kind.
Signature’s Development Director Bizhan Jeddi attended to get another look at the new Mercedes V Class which was showcasing at the event. Already on order for the Signature executive fleet, the V Class shone supreme and took centre stage at the event with on-lookers keen to see what all the fuss has been about.
The V Class has already received industry praise with Top Gear saying “the new V-Class opts for luxury and convenience” making it an ideal choice for Signature Executive chauffeur fleet of luxury vehicles. It boasts “high-quality materials, nappa leather, ambient lighting, a free-standing central display, multifunction steering wheel, a touchpad and optional surround sound,” all essentials on the tick list when Signature selects new vehicles.
Bizhan commented, “It was great to see the V Class, and it looked resplendent. We are confident our executive clients will see this is a great addition to our chauffeur fleet. It is spacious and luxurious and features four-way lumber support and ventilation for the seats, which can be arranged in many different configurations, everything a business traveller might wish for.”
The V-Class it’s packed with the latest technology and brings the MPV bang up to date with the other new models in the Mercedes range such as the C-Class and S-Class. For gadget loving enthusiasts you can revel in the tablet-style central display, an intuitive touchpad controller and a smart two-piece floating dashboard design.
The 2.1-litre diesel engine is economical without sacrificing performance, great news for those that want to hire it from Signature on a self-drive hire basis and if you’re planning a long distance family trip then sign up here. The V Class has included an option to increase the boot size capacity by including sliding rear seats, and that means legroom can be improved as well if you’re carrying more family members than luggage.
All in all, this new offering from Mercedes gets the thumbs up from Signature.
