Aston Martin is showing that its recent private equity investment will pay off soon with the reveal of the brand new V12 Vantage S. This car is a fresh approach to the V12 6.0 litre engine that is part of the popular Vanquish model. Aston Martin has added two-seater capacity in the sportscar as well as sequential transmission.
To top off the magic of the V12 Vantage S, there is also 205 mph top speed to make the performance-focused enthusiasts happy. Aston Martin opted to replace the six-speed manual with a seven-speed sequential transmission which will make the car more lightweight to drive. The 565 horsepower will turbocharge driving experiences for the car while a brand new steering system will make the car even more enjoyable to drive. The Sport mode can also be activated and this is used to make the throttle response of the sports car even more compact.
Aston Martin knows what they are doing for enthusiasts when it comes to the visual aspect of the car. The Vantage S is also available in bright yellow – yellow is one of the first colours that human eyes naturally see so this will make it a sports car that stands out from the crowd on the road. The visual delights also include ten-spoke alloy wheels and a luxurious black roof. There is also an optional carbon fibre trim available for drivers who want to customise their cars.
At the moment, there is no word on how the Vantage S is priced but when more details come out, it is destined to be a collector’s favourite.
