Signature Car Hire Owner Gets a Personal Invitation From Range Rover

The Event

Range Rover is extending its family of luxury 4 x 4’s with the introduction of their long wheelbase Range Rover vehicle. Dee Bhatia, Founder & CEO of Signature Car Hire, pictured here last night at the VIP invitation only event at Stratstone of Mayfair. Dee was extended his privileged invitation to mark the launch of Range Rovers New Long Base vehicle because of his commitment to the brand and long standing relationship with Range Rover. This exclusive private preview was a secret launch and only a select guest list of VIP’s were personally invited to the event. Guests enjoyed a champagne reception with canapés and a seafood direct from Borough market. During the evening, there was also a guest appearance from Richard Woolley, Land Rover Design Studio Director, to talk to guests about this exciting new vehicle.

Dee commented “As usual, Range Rover put on a fabulous event and it was great to finally be able to get up close to see and sit in this new long wheel base vehicle. As you might expect, Signature has their long wheel base Range Rover on order already and we look forward to once again being the 1st self-drive hire company to add a brand new model to fleet. I am already a big fan of Range Rover, but this model has blown me away.”

Dee continued with a personal thanks to Stratstone, “I would also like to say a special thanks to Oliver Hodgkinson and Clive Newell of Stratsatone Mayfair for all their support to date and their hospitality on the night. It was great to catch up with you both.”

The Car

With strong global demand for enhanced luxury, exclusivity and rear seat comfort, Range Rover has come up trumps with their new long wheel base Range Rover. Range Rover have put the passenger at the forefront of their minds when designing this long wheel base version of their classic 4 x 4 to offer customers extended rear seat comfort to compete against the big luxury saloons on the market.

This rear seat luxury and comfort is enhanced by the additional 20cm of extra room, hence the title of ‘long wheelbase’. The extra length provides more leg room and a massive amount of space to relax in.

The seats are as comfortable as you would expect from any Range Rover model, although they do recline a few degrees farther back on this new version. The extended length does not affect performance however, the ride is as smooth, as agile and refined as the standard model, making it extremely competitive against luxury saloons.

If you plan to be driven by a Signature Chauffer then hiring the new long-wheelbase Range Rover makes a compelling choice as it hits top marks for comfort, luxury and design. With a uniquely commanding view of the outside, this luxury 4 x 4 stands heads above the saloon competition.
