Our latest Viano is undergoing a complete transformation to become the ultimate in bespoke design. The interior was completely stripped out in phase 1 of the transformation and will be beautifully replaced with a plush luxury interior designed to our own specifications.
After their trial fitment and completion both the headlining and rear quarter panels are now removed from our Mercedes Viano.
At this stage both preliminary roof wiring and upholstery of various panel work now begins.
The quilted leather roof panelling is meticulously marked and machined with each panel taking more than a day complete. With both quilted panels ready the headlining is assembled and refitted to the vehicle.
Leather hides are now patterned for the bulkhead, side door handles, door panels and rear quarter panels.
Skilled craftsmen machine the anthracite leather work together complimenting with traditional double top stitching.
Side door panels are fitted with their new piano black inlays and the lower panel fitted with a leather bound carpet.
Amidst the leatherwork the rear located main electrics board is prepared complete with all the required distribution, relay and fusing for the vehicles additional electrical components to be fitted.
